My '03 Town Car is flawless! I have not returned to dealer, other than for my free oil change & filter service. I have 4,000 miles and have not needed even an adjustment! I absolutely love the car. It makes it feel like every street was re-paved overnight. No wind noise, whisper quiet, exceptionally comfortable and cruises along the interstate at 85-90 effortlessly. When I took it in for the maintenance service they showered me with donuts, bagels, cream cheese, coffee and a platter of cookies, asked if I'd like a Town Car loaner to go home in, or anywhere else, so as not to have to "hang around". I said I enjoy "hanging around" and looking at the cars, and watching people. My car was done in 30 minutes, and they offered to wash it, but I declined, as only I wash MY car! ;) So, they instead pumped in 5 galls of gas for me from their pump. (This was before gas prices turned to liquid gold prices....)

Later, that night, I was called at home to make sure that everything was okay, and that "my highest expectations were exceeded" using their termnology. 4 days later, I received in the mail a coupon from them to use in their shop for 10% off any cash service in the future, (up to a year).

WHAT Other business treats people that good? We bought $4,000 worth of carpeting from XYZ chain store, never got a Thanks, phone call or anything from them!

Im glad to see an American Manufacture coddle its customers soo well....I realize it depends on the dealer alot but Ive also noticed throughout other forums how well lincoln treats its customers..........You should see BMW......never ever have a BMW loaner always a dodge caravan or a neon.

I was treated that well by my Cadillac dealer in New York. Sarant Cadillac.

Otherwise.. American autmotive companies are doing what they need to do. They're focusing on the customer...

Lund Cadillac of Phoenix arizona does like wise. They will even pick your car up for service and bring it back to your home. If you take your car in and dont feel like driving a cadillac rental home then they will take you home in a cadillac stretch limo and pick you up when your car is ready. or they will take you in the limo to the mall and drop you off of take you around to do your errands. if you do not want to ride in the limo then a driver will take you in a deville and deliver you were ever you want to go. there is also a waitress in the waiting area who waits on you hand and foot. They even bake fresh cookies well your their its awesome. some days they even have cook out and catored lunches. visit lundcadillac.com

i took my moms jag in for service and was disappointed
they only had coffee and food stuffs for sale. in arizona its to hot to drink cofee when its 110 outside. the water bottles were $3.75 not jaguar label on the outside water but dasani.

dont tell me cadillacs suck and althose foreign cars are better all the foreign dealerships are tightwads. JAGUAR wouldent even give me a tour of the shop. I asked for a tour at lund cadillac and within 5 min a little golf cart picked me up and we went for a tour of the whole dealership. IT WAS GREAT!!

Foreign dealers figure......"If they want a BMW,Mercedes,Jag,etc, then they will buy it....forget about service"
