: Anyone else have a block heater?

the reason I ask, is because my car is supposed to have it, and I can't
find the cord! I checked the manual and it says located at the driver's
side strut tower. If any one can find theirs I'd appreciate a photo.

I'm thinking I paid for it, but it's not there!

Thanks.

I just picked up my CTS DI Friday and the block heater cord was sitting on the passenger side on top of the wires beside the engine. Not sure if it is the same for the V but mine was listed on the options/pricing sheet they gave me (including the $130 it cost me) so that could be a way to confirm you have it on your car. A side note is I took the cover off the plug end to find one of the metal ends almost touching the ground prong so it will never plug into an outlet. It looks like it was made that way so a replacement is in my future for the first service visit.

I checked there as well, nothing. Looks like a trip back to the dealer.....maybe a refund of the cost of the heater!
