I have an 05 STS on the rear passenger side back seat there is an eslatic(with a piece of plastic) that is by the upper edge of the seat near the door jam. does anyone know the significance of this widget. i am usually good at figuring things out but i'm stumped on this one.:worship:

Think Randy Newman - Short People...

Slide the shoulder restraint into the clip. It redirects the shoulder belt out of the face and neck of young / short passengers. It's not a replacement for child restraint systems, but for people who feel the shoulder strap comes across their face or neck.
