I have a 1990 Cadillac Eldorado and my pass-key will not let me start the car. It says starting disabled due to theft system. I have been told about By passing it with a resister but I don't know where to put this resister, also my two white wires that come from that little black plug are cut at the end I am not sure if these are the wires I put the resister to or do the white wires go into another blug if the white wires do go into another blug which one? The two white wires where cut by my tech he tryed by-passing but did it rong. I also don't know the key resister value. I tryed measureing the pellet with a DVOM but it showed nothing so then I went to the dealer and had them give me the pellet number but they did not tell me in ohms they said the pellet was 03 vats. If any one knows how to convert 03 vats to ohms that would be a huge help. I have no money to tow the car and I know no dealer will do this for me even if they did know how to do it. I am in the Exton PA area so if anyone is in this area and knows someone that will do this for me that would also be a dream come true. If there is anyone willing to do this in my area I will pick them up and pay for it. I have been told by others that it takes just a view min. Anyone who has any idea on how to help can E-mail me my address is mikeguido@ureach.com Thank you in advance Michael Guido
