I bought my Caddy used; the former owner must have been a big guy....
I would like to redo the seat cushions. Anyone do this themselves?

I wish I knew the answer...I have a 97 Deville D'elegence and the front seat (driver esp) foam padding is very compressed. I figured finding just the foam would be easy since seat color is not an issue.

I was thinking maybe an auto interior & upholstery place maybe? Anyone else have this problem? The back seat foam bench is still pristine. Even w/the driver seat foam nearly worthless, the car still rides great...can't imagine how comfortable it would be if I could get it back to O.E (or close to) specs.

Pretty much dealer, upholstery shop, or junkyard work.

There are replacement foam pads out, normally used in conjunction with the seat heater element repair kits.

Search out threads on seat heater repair either in here or up in Electrical.
