Does anyone know what size the axle nut is or where I can find it and the torque spec.? I tried a 34mm but it seemed a bit loose and a 32mm was too small. I asked the counter man at an Advance Auto and his computer said it was a 1 5/16. Standard, not metric? Of course I'm having a good time tying to find one of those.

I'm assuming this is for your 02 Deville...
I was able to use the 34mm socket on my 2000 Deville. The FSM torque spec for your 02 axle nut is 159 ft lbs.
Yes , for my 02 Deville. Thanks for the reply, I found a 1 5/16 socket today that fits a little tighter than the 34mm. Thanks for the torque no.

I just replaced my front right hub. A 33m fit it absolutely perfectly! I didn't have one myself so I used a local shop's loan-a-tool program. The kit I borrowed was called an "axle socket set"
Good luck!
