On most vBulletin forums I visit, I use VAISPY.php (http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/vaispy.php) to keep up with post as the are added, i.e., New Posts:Live. Its much like an RSS reader but built into vBulletin. Your site is the only one that doesn't do automatic updates. Instead, I have to hit the reload button. Is this a feature that you can turn on.

I really think it would be great to add the menu item "New Posts:Live" to the vBulletin menu right next to "New Posts." But that's just me.
