Cadillac executives DO visit this site and are very-likely to read your messages - though there is no guaranteee of this. There is also no guarantee that Cadillac executives will reply to any of your messages - so this will very-likely be a section of one-way conversations.

I got it now, it's like the dictionary says, talk-"empty, frivolous discussion: as, it's just talk."
