Hi all, ive got a 94 deville, and want to replace the factory tape/radio deck with an aftermarket product. so i found this deck that fits flush into the space opening here: http://www.cardomain.com/item/PIODEHP47DH

I was wondering if anyone has delt with this website (cardomain). As well, if anyone knew if i could just swap the new deck in and still use the stock subwoofer.

Check out the PAC-OEM2 Interface for your aftermarket upgrade.

Well if you don't have the Bose system in your 94' Deville and your not planning on adding any amplifiers to your stock sound system the you won't need the OEM-2 Interface.
You will need a Stereo Wire Harness to Plug in your aftermarket deck into the factory OEM harness.
Also you don't have to go with a Double DIN stereo unless you want a CD player and Cassette.
If you don't need a cassette and want a cd/mp3 stereo or indash dvd player, you can just go with any single DIN style head unit that you like and a "Dash Kit" to install the stereo in the factory location. :)

the reason i wanted the pioneer deck was purely for asthetic reasons. i want to look good. i just figured that a "normal" new size deck would look kind of silly. if you have any pics, or know where i cand some pics, id be obliged.

the pioneer deck retails for 175USD, and yes only has a CD. no mp3.
