Couple questions.

Are the rotors casted with the holes or drilled afterwards?

Do any of the holes go through a vein?

Are your slots double ball milled?

Are the rotors heat treated or cryoed?

Is the hat and veins e-coated or painted?

If the rotors are drilled after the rotor is made, where did you ever get the idea that drilled rotors are good for racing?

Hello,
No problem. Here are the answers to your questions:

Are the rotors casted with the holes or drilled afterwards?
-All Rotora discs with cross-chamfer drills are machined (not casted)

Do any of the holes go through a vein?
-All Rotora discs with cross-chamfer drills are designed not touching the veins

Are your slots double ball milled?
-All Rotora discs with slots are machined on with single ball end-mill

Are the rotors heat treated or cryoed?
-All Rotora discs are heat treated only (no Cryo)

Is the hat and veins e-coated or painted?
-All Rotora discs are e-coated (electro-coated). Soon, Rotora will be offering cadmium plated discs for high rust protection from nature weather conditions.

If the rotors are drilled after the rotor is made, where did you ever get the idea that drilled rotors are good for racing?
-In Rotora’s catalogs and all printed materials, we always preach slotted discs are preferred choices when using these discs under extreme use (particularly for tracking purposes). We never recommend drilled discs for competition/track use. Rotora compromised with consumers who demands cross-drill race look with a tracking capability by introducing the drilled/slotted design most of its applications.
