Wow......45 years and still running. Obviously not from the rust belt. It's great to see little old ladies like that.

I often hate my car and think about selling it at least twice a day. Then I remember its not mine.

Wow, that's insane, and also one of the coolest 89 year olds I've ever seen.
I don't think I could ever find a car I like enough to keep it for 45 years.

But, Chad...it's "Caliente". :alchi:
I could fall in love with her.
That's my kind of woman... She reminds me a lot of my grandmother.
Not to stir anything up, but did anyone happen to read through the comments and see the woman who went on complaining about Ms. Veitch carrying a concealed weapon? She even had the nerve to say this - "As an African-American, I would not want to come in contact with her for fear that she would misinterpret my actions. Shoot first and ask questions later is not a good philosophy."
Such an amazing woman with an amazing story and that's all she could take from it. What a royal biotch... Crap like that absolutely disgusts me.

Mom's got a 99 Park Avenue with 380,000 miles on it. All hers too. It's on its second transmission though, damn 4T60-E
Gotta admire that lady, what a great story!

Pistol packing granny indeed! That is an awesome story, love the car too!
I like how she supports testing for elderly drivers and carries a gun.
