Why is this forum so slow to load? The black background header is fairly quick, but the slowness of the rest is aggravating. I have Roadrunner high speed and all the other forums I'm on load with the click of the mouse. This site will put you to sleep, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ waiting for the posts to fill-in.

It's taken a couple of weeks to answer back on this thread seeing I was timing quite a few posts. Once the black header shows it takes between 8 and 12 seconds to load, most around 10 sec. Is this considered "normal"? TIA

Does the black header display WITH the banner at the top right? Or no? Because I have a feeling that's what's taking so long to load. If the banner IS loading and you're still waiting ten seconds for the rest of the page to load, than I have to think of something else.

10:00 am 7-16 it is very slow and has been like this most of the morning

I'm using Google chrome and I get the entire page loaded within 4 seconds of clicking on the forum.
