I just found this forum after some searching. I just picked up my first Cadillac yesterday, waiting on the auto transport company to dispatch a truck before I get it home.
It's a 1967 Sedan Deville that is running, but needs some love. The only picture I've got so far is from my iPhone, but there will be many more to come.

Looks like you have a great project ahead of you. I wish you much luck! Can't wait to see what she looks like when she is new again.
Gotta love those '67 Caddies! Welcome and congratulations on your new Cadillac!
Congratulations! I used to drive my Aunt's 1967 Sedan de Ville from L.A. to Phoenix and back a couple of times a year. Hers was white with a black vinyl top. Great Freeway cruiser with super comfortable front seats. I hope you get a great deal of enjoyment from owning and driving it!

Greetings and salutations.
Beautiful car. Best of luck to you on the restoration and/or preservation!

Thanks for all the comments! I'm planning something of a "resto-mod" type build.
I'm intending to put in a modern fuel injected motor, and I'm seriously considering a diesel since that alternative fuel is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine.
My first car was a 1967 Ford Thunderbird, with the suicide doors. Around that same time, a good buddy of mine had a (1964 I think) Fleetwood. I always coveted his car over mine. I was torn between another T-Bird or a Caddy whilst searching, this is what came up and was most available.
Got some more pictures up now that I've unloaded my camera's memory card.
... Wow.. Just tried to post with the URL to my Flickr set with the photos, and learned that I cannot do that.
Fixed link. (Boombotz) http://www.flickr.com/photos/rgeyer/...7619058829718/

Well I've seen a Duramax swapped Impala run a pretty good 1/4, so done right it could be a pretty good swap. Nice car though.

I also fixed your link. We have some filters set in place to help stop the spammers.

You, sir, have more than a car: you have a vintage work of art committed to automotive form. Welcome to the forums!
