Congrates!!!

I'd say read the owners manual carefully.

Keep us updated on how you like it!!! Although you may not have driven a 2004, let us know what you like and dislike. I'm guessing you mostly like.

I'm interested in knowing what you like most at present.

Do they have any end of year promotions? What colour/package did you get?

They were running the conquest bonus. Plus I had gms pricing and excellent money factors and an additional $750 in hidden dealer cash. So, it was enough incentive for me to bail out of my 330i lease two months early.

Lux Sport w/ Nav. Basically, everything but the extra paint. Silver Smoke w/ black interior.

Ours is 4 weeks old and 600 miles later. Make sure the spare has air in it and correct tire pressure(spare 60psi). Oh , the 4 tires on the car had over 40psi, so check that too (should be 30psi).
Check your paint job really careful, so you will know when you get a chip or scratch. I suggest you hand wash, clay bar, then add your favorite wax or sealer the first time. If you want to use a coin car wash, just use the rinse cycle to clean the car. Then terrycloth towl dry and then go over entire car with a good microfiber cloth. It is more of a buffing/polishing cloth. Should not be much dirt on it. When you wash your terrycloth and microfiber towels at home in the washing machine, DO NOT use fabric softener in the wash cycle.
I had them at the dealership NOT to clean it up from factory delivery so they would NOT scratch the paint. In between hand waxes, I use one of the spray on waxes and it gives some protection.
Our Nav has only acted up once and it was OK the next day. XM radio is GREAT.
Use only Mobil 1 Syn in it. Use the Oil Life monitor for changes. Should get anywhere from 7500 to 10k on oil life. Your gas mileage will fluctuate while break in is in progress. Check your oil level every week before starting.

Good luck,
Steve :)
