I am getting ready to swap pads and rotors on my 2006 STS (JE5).Does anyone have the torque specs for the calipers, wheels, etc.

Not sure what you mean for torque for calipers ?
When doing a brake job, you just open them "ALL" the way to
accept the "NEW" pads.
The wheel nuts should be torqued to 100 Ft/lbs.
and a pattern similar to head or intake manifold sequence.
If you number them in a circle, 1,2,3,4,5.
You would tighten them 1,3,5,2,and 4 etc.
The lower brake caliper pin bolt (JE5) should be torqued to 25 lb fl. (and thread locker should be used, per service manual)
