My 03 Escalade came with the 64/40 split bench seat. Does anyone know where I can locate some rear bucket seats, or if they would even bolt down where the bench seats bolted down. Has anyone done this before??:hmm:

When I bought mine, the dealer offered either or for the same truck. his means that the bucket seats will bolt in the same spot as the bench.

Thanks Grotto, I figured as much. I spoke to a friend of mine that owns a body shop and he confirmed it for me...

I have the bucket seats in my 04 Escalade and its been nothing but hassles. Sure its comfortable when taking 4 people on a trip or just cruising back home from dinner, but when u gotta pick up people at the airport and thehy have tons of luggage and 5 people have to fit in ur car...its a PITA...imagine driving a big SUV like an Escalade and being unable to fit 5 people and their cargo....ARRGHHH!

I don't think u can have the bucket seats in the EXT since the EXT can fold down and turn into a cargo area....u would have to retro-fit the rough material onto the back of the seats---which is what its like in the EXT version...

Yeah my college roomate has the rear bucket seats and it sucks because he drives all the way from detroit to connecticut and has to have all his stuff back there. But when going out to the bars its so much more convient having peeps go into the third row than having to open up the second row and pull the seats down. As for having the EXT with bucket seats I don't know about that. There is no point at all for them in an EXT.

i saw some avalanche guys talking about them on an avalanche board and apparently they're an option for those guys. i'm just curious how it looks.

I'll trade my rear buckets for your rear bench.
