How about a "Best Of..." forum for the most memorable posts and threads throughout the history of the site. These may be of incidental humor, suspicious subject lines (e.g. "stop me from wanting guys"), snappy answers to stupid questions, spirited discussion (e.g. Sub and Destroyer in the same thread), etc. I've only been here a few months and can offer a few nominations!

Logistics: Maybe add a link to the "Rate Thread" dropdown to "Nominate for Best Of". I suppose moderators and / or admins and the site owner can decide which posts are worthy for this new area (which would be read-only locked).

Interesting idea, but I imagine it would be too difficult to maintain.

It might work if the threads get locked once they're put there (to keep them from being polluted with tons of "after the fact" comments).

It'll need some thought concerning what qualifies and how to display it, but I like it.
