ok, first of all, my name is Camillo and im from Lauderhill FL.
I have a coupe deville 81, with the V864 6.0L (368 cu. in. ) engine.
Runs fine but last week the check engine light came on.
When i run for 15 minutes the check engine light blinks and stay on.
I done the diagnostics in the climate control, and showed me error code 14.
it displays 88 - 14 - 70.
The only error i have is the 14 right?
What is this?
How to fix it?
Can i run the car with the error?

And by the way is it possible to know if the 864 feature is working in my car or not?

You def have a shorted coolant sensor.

Makes sense that you pulled a code 65 with that problem.

Sorry man I don't have a caddy, I'm just a fan; don't know where the sensor is. I would go ahead and order a new one and while you're at the dealer you could just ask them to show you. Probably easier than trying to explain it anyway.
