R015 is a code for the SIR (air bags) system.....passenger's side initiator circuit resistance high

yes it's a 1995 cadillac sedan deville. what does that mean because i also got a service airbag sysem light on the dash that comes and goes. and would that give me starting problems.

It won't cause starting problems but it will disable the supplemental inflatible restraints.
