It took alot of time, and alot of searching for parts, but I just finished the swap. Thanks to GMJim, and Lenny (can't remember username) for info about what parts I needed to use.

Fitment was great, all the parts and paint matched up well. I didnt have to do any custom work, no cutting, no welding, no drilling, its all direct bolt on parts. I would say it took me 2 hours to swap the bumper and grill. I could have done it faster, but I really took my time to make sure everything went on the car well. I took the wheels off the car just to make everything easier to get to, its better to work on the car in the air it gives you alot more room.

Total cost for everthing was a little under 900$. Not bad at all because it would have cost me over 500$ to have the oem bumper repainted and to replace my fender liners which were also cracked. Almost anyone could do this swap if you take the time, or you could just buy the parts and have a bodshop put them on.

Here are some pics, if anyone has any questions just ask! I have another thread listing all the parts you need, where I got them, and how much they cost, so search for that thread.

I will get more pics when the car is all clean!

Nice job that looks great. So what do you think it would of cost for the parts to come from the dealer and have a body shop put them on?

looks good Tom... Even looks like you had great weather to do this. Time spent in good weather doing something one obviously enjoys is always time well spent.
2hrs is about a 4-8 beer job!

Buying everything frome the dealer an having to paint it would be alot. I would say, 3,000$+. Just for any idea these are the prices of some of the parts.

Bumper 700$ + Paint (400$)
Grill 400 + Paint
Mesh 400 bottom, 600$ top

It adds up quick.

Great job Tom.

Thanks Jim

The wheels are polished, no need to chrome, they are just dirty in the pic.

I really want a set of OEM 20's!

I hope so too, it took a LONG time to get my fog light brackets. Give them a vin for a 07+ sport and tell them the car is in the shop and you NEED the brackets to drive the car again, that helped make the order faster. PM me if you need a vin number.

Well the paint is completed. I picked up the mesh lastnite believe it or not but me and my wife were at lowes and found some expanded aluminium mesh under 20 bucks. Just gotta get them fog lite brackets tomorrow. I found my rear bumper on ebay and it came in dark grey but before I put it on it looked like it matched but afterwards it didn't its about one shade lighter so its getting shot later in the week. The front and grill looks nice. I wish it was this easy when it comes to adding an aftermarket double din deck. Wouldn't it be nice if pioneer made a deck that communicates with the cars information system?
