I decided it was time to learn the piano. I only know the bass clef and haven't played any music in a decade. I figured for $15 on Craigslist, a keyboard was a low risk way to start.

I was having too much fun with my newly functioning supercharger and got pulled over doing 80 in a 60. Not a big deal, just an expensive hassle that requires a lawyer. I also couldn't find the insurance card.

The cop noticed that I was stuck on the shoulder, said "oh, sorry about that," and left.

The straw prevented me from seeing the mud.

We called Sprint for roadside assistance. AAA showed up about an hour later.

Had to remove the grille to expose the hook.

Its hard to see, but a kitty cat showed up out of nowhere, staring and mocking me.

Can of Colt 45. We were on the north side, and it showed. People drove by asking what happened. They didn't offer help, they were just curious.

Reinstalled plastic grille.

I told the tow guy about how I got an Escalade stuck in the mud a few months ago, and said I'd probably be seeing him soon.

I FINALLY got my keyboard. $15, works great.

Awww poor Jesda. I can't believe the cop didn't do anything for you. :( That fried chicken looks  Also it's going to suck washing the mud off your tires.

Wait until you get the citation from BLM for making the big rut. The last time somebody around here did something like that it cost them thousands.

My brother and roommate went to a manual car wash to clean our vehicles and get the bulk mud off the Crossfire. It wasn't nearly as gross as when I washed the Escalade, which left the wash stall a mess.

http://www.q45.org/cpg/albums/userpics/10001/normal_SSPX0969.jpg
I went to Waterway to get a bottom blast wash, interior cleanup, and wheels and tires cleaned.
The Crossfire no longer shakes on the highway.

Hot girl cleaning an Escalade. I wish my phone had optical zoom.

So, first car wash: $4
Second car wash: $32
Student discount: $5
Tip: $6

A very expensive day. I'm going to stay home for a while.

But great to see Newton. He's adorable. Is he getting any better about riding in the car?

Car is still titled to me, plus there's yearly property tax in MO and FL doesn't have that.

You've got mud in your tires.

http://images.art.com/images/-/Joe-Pesci---My-Cousin-Vinny--C10038635.jpegWouldn't have happened if you had Positraction (best said with a New York accent):

Mona Lisa Vito (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000673/): The car that made these two, equal-length tire marks had positraction. You can't make those marks without Positraction, which was not available on the '64 Buick Skylark!
Vinny Gambini (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000582/): And why not? What is positraction?
Mona Lisa Vito (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000673/): It's a limited slip differential which distributes power equally to both the right and left tires. The '64 Skylark had a regular differential, which, anyone who's been stuck in the mud in Alabama knows, you step on the gas, one tire spins, the other tire does nothing.
[the jury members nod, with murmurs of "yes," "that's right," etc]
Vinny Gambini (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000582/): Is that it?
Mona Lisa Vito (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000673/): No, there's more! You see? When the left tire mark goes up on the curb and the right tire mark stays flat and even? Well, the '64 Skylark had a solid rear axle, so when the left tire would go up on the curb, the right tire would tilt out and ride along its edge. But that didn't happen here. The tire mark stayed flat and even. This car had an independent rear suspension. Now, in the '60's, there were only two other cars made in America that had Positraction, and independent rear suspension, and enough power to make these marks. One was the Corvette, which could never be confused with the Buick Skylark. The other had the same body length, height, width, weight, wheel base, and wheel track as the '64 Skylark, and that was the 1963 Pontiac Tempest.
Vinny Gambini (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000582/): And because both cars were made by GM, were both cars available in metallic mint green paint?
Mona Lisa Vito (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000673/): They were!
Vinny Gambini (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000582/): Thank you, Ms. Vito. No more questions. Thank you very, very much.
[kissing her hands]
Vinny Gambini (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000582/): You've been a lovely, lovely witness.
