I would go with the 94. They're pretty much much identical, so for $200 more your getting 20,000 less miles. Also the the 94 came with a redesigned 5.7 engine, which is superior to the one in the 93. The 93 makes 185 horsepower and the 94 makes 260.

Any idea how they would compare for gas mileage?.

94 will get better mileage (if both engines are running properly).

Go for the 94 :D

One of my books shows as you say an improved 5.7 engine,it is called a Gen2 engine with seqential port fuel injection and a new opti spark system
with precise ignition timing and firing for optimum fuel economy, also a new
4L60-E trans.,thats why I was curious about the differences in gas mileage.

I really didn't care for these big fleetwoods, but I am beginning to get an interest in the 94-96 fwb's,that's why I was trying to get an idea on much
gas they like to eat,any other features to look for when buying one?. thanks.

Thanks,I wouldn't be towing anything, but is it more than just that when you get the towing package?.

I'd go with #2, since #1 has the horrid blue interior.

tow package has different gears in the rear, limited slip and, I think, different brakes

You couldn't order any 93-96 Fleetwood with a limited slip unfortunetly. It might have been an option on the coachbuilder chassis(the special order code for cars to be converted into limos and hearses).
