As I pull up to park at a local fast food business, I see a 09 CTSv parked in the next space. I notice the motor is running and there is nobody inside except some yip-yap dog. I go inside and pretty much instantly identify the owner. He has a shirt on that has corvette logo on the upper left.
I order my lunch and then ask him if that is his car. He said yeah. I said I have a BMW 335 with a little extra boost. Probably about 114-115 and maybe mid 12 car.

He said yeah, his car was good for 126 in the traps (I dont think he was talking modded). I tried not to make much of a gesture.. I just said yeah, it depends on whos driving and how hard they are beating on it.

On the way out I look and notice it is an auto. I need to keep my eyes peeled for this guy around town. :D

Im thinkn some salesman gave him alittle bit of the big sale talk

... I wonder who that might be? At least we know his street game. :)

What have people been trapping in our cars, auto and manual?

Pretty good reference so far. I imagine there are some upper teens and low 120s comin. But since the cool air is rapidly decreasing, I would think it would be in the next month or so.

...the first two are trapping nearly identical speed. There is no reason why a good driver shouldnt be able to hit high 11's stock.

If it's an auto then it doesn't really matter who's driving to take advantage of the car's trap speed. Push and go baby. Stop light racing is a different story. Either way, you'll need to get the jump to beat 'em in your 335.

Well, the only hope a little boosted 6cyl has is it being up to a limited speed or distance. Theres no doubt as triple digits come, that thing will start marching away.
