Hey again,

Per my earlier post, I'm looking at painting my 92 Brougham D'Elegance. The original colour was sapphire mist with the matching roof. The car was later painted a wierd grey with green undertones, and the vinyl roof was stained grey.

I've looked up the 92 Brougham colours, but can't find any pics of a brougham painted in Acadamy Grey.....went through pages and pages in the show your caddy forum, and didn't see any.

If any of you have pics of a Brougham (or whatever) in either Academy Grey or Firemist Grey, can you please post them?

Firemist gray was use in the 70's.

This 1997 De Ville hearse is Academy gray.

This 1990 Brougham is the stock gray with a lighter gray undertone.

Thanks man. Wow, Acadamy Grey is not for me....looks like black. I think I like the stock grey. I"ve got to get back to the paint guy...hopefully he'll have it in one of his GM catalogues. I don't think the firemist will go with my roof.
