I'm about to close a deal on a 05 black/black cts v w/ 43,000mi for $20,000out the door... car is immaculate and has every option...

Carfax came back clean, no accidents

and

the GM Service Report had no major repairs, basically just maintenance stuff...

the car also has the remainder of the Cadillac Luxury Extended Warranty 5yr/100,000mi... so it would expire in 11/7/10

I wanted to try to find one with under 30000mi but no such luck without a ridiculous price tag... and most did not offer a warranty

is there anything i should be worried about?

opinions?

Thanks guys... looking forward to talk to you about some mods...

thats a very good deal for an extended warranty 05 with 43,000 miles

that is less miles than a lot of 05's, you will likely not find a much better deal!

My '05 has 44k on it and feels like new.

I wouldn't worry at all with 43k on the clock, ESPECIALLY with a 100k warranty. As said above, do it and don't look back.

(Man, a V that looks mint for $20k. Almost makes me wish I'd waited these last four years to get in on this kind of deal. I say, almost.)
