That's clean! Mine is a polar opposite all black with black rims. Would make for a good photo shoot.

nice, i like what you did with the mirrors, did you prime, paint and coat? were you able to get the texture out of the black plastic to a smooth finish in one coat? do tell.

No not the chrome, i meant the part that was painted white, its usually black plastic not the body color. Id like to know how it came out.

I have a pearl one running around here that has that whiteout done to it.The mirrors and both ant. in front of the sunroof.Looks nice.

yeah we should get together and take pics one day.


nice, i like what you did with the mirrors, did you prime, paint and coat? were you able to get the texture out of the black plastic to a smooth finish in one coat? do tell.

the body shop that did it took the mirror housing apart and sanded down the texture so its all smooth now and the chrome covers are OEM GM i believe its from a Silverado.

As small a detail as it is the mono color mirror housing makes a huge diff....Don't know why caddy didn't do it...

I'm going to try and post some shots of my new Escalade with the wife on the way home tomorrow. We are going to pick it up tomorrow, hopefully they will have taken care of everything I requested. See you guys on the road.
