Stupid question but if the warranty is out can you take a vehicle in for any of these?

Having a list of TSBs for the year and make of your car is worthless.
TSBs are designed to help diagnose cars, not to justify problems you think you have.
TSB information is a diganostic aid not an excuse to beat your dealer over the head. You bring the car in and tell us what is wrong and we match your symptoms to bulletins. It is easier now than it used to be because of the electronic format.

Recalls or Campaigns are mostly covered items for as long as you own your vehicle. Some have limits depending on the nature of the issue.
Special policies always have time/mileage limits but are paid for if you are within the limits outlined in the documentation.
Also just because a certain year has a recall doesn't mean they are all affected. The recall must be verified in GM's system before the work can be performed.

I'm sure you work at an amazing dealer that does everything the right way the first time; however I'm sure there are several of us on the forum who have had less than stellar experiences with others.
I've had TSBs come in very handy when trying to have problems taken care of under warranty.
In fact, I was denied any resolution to my graying bed covers until I presented my service manager with the TSB which called for the Gatorback treatment, and it performed shortly therafter. Please note; I said presented and not beat over the head! ;)
