Also, what good is a Certified Cadillac if the dealer, Arnold Palmer, does not do the inspection and fix the problems?
Breaks are bad, it has been months waiting for parts, and has been to Capitol Cadillac two times and it is still not fixed.
Then I call Cadillac warranty and owner assistance . They told me to keep driving the car with defective brakes until the dealer gets the parts. Was also told that Cadillac will not honor the warrantee if I take the car to a place that has the parts if it is not a dealer...but the dealer has no parts.
This is how one can make the best cars and still produce customers that run away from GM :(
