Curious what kind of range our tires can be set at without setting alarms. I have 30-31 on my tires. What kind of pressure do you guys run at? Cecil..........

With a tech2 i think you can change it to what you want.

I am running 35 psi cold. I wanted to give each tire a few extra pounds as we are in the winter months and the colder it gets outside, the more psi you can lose. In the summer or warmer months, you can run the factory recommended psi cold as it doesn't really get cold enough to affect the tire pressure.

The recommended pressure for the tires provided on the 2009 CTS-V is 32 psi.

On my 05V, I was NOT able to change it. Did GM finally allow this to be changed?

That had to be one of the dumbest features on the entire car--it's pretty easy to get over 42 psi on the tires and the fact that I couldn't change it drove me nuts...:thepan:
