The former immaculate dash on my 89 Fleetwood cracked right near the passenger side defogger vent. It's a large crack that goes from the windshield all the way to the front of the dash. Can this be fixed or do I have to replace it? It's my fault for letting the car go so long without putting treatment on the vinyl.
If replacement is the way to go, does anyone on here have a burgundy dash they're looking to unload? Ebay has turned up dry....

No repair is going to look good. Time for a new (used) one. They are riduculously easy to swap...

I have, this is my second one. Oddly enough the original dash has three small cracks in it from being knocked over while I had it outta the car which I still held on to. I have a good upholstry guy who might be able to fix it for me. He fixed a crack in my vinyl top and I don't even know where it was it looks perfect. I'm gonna bring him both dashs and have him tell me which would be easier to fix. Still checking ebay though......
Anyone with one to unload still looking.....
trying calling auto body places, they may be after market parts for it, I'm not sure if they made after market parts for those, but who knows, worth calling, but your guy may be able to fix it, that may be the cheapest and easiest way to do it. because even if there is a new after market part it well cost allot. also check junk yards, for other used parts. you may come up with some thing.

Here is one (http://www.dashtops.com/dashboard/buydash.cfm/5227) online. It comes from dashtops.com (http://www.dashtops.com/dashboard/autodash.cfm/161). It looks like they have all of the interior panels for a Brougham.
