Anyone know the tire pressure sensor part number for our cars? I am about to purchase some 20" rims and tires and I want to order new TPS so I can leave the stock set alone and put the stockers back on when my lease is up.

Also I am assuming the TPS are registered in the car by serial number or something similar. Can new TPS be registered at the dealer, programs like EFILive/HPTuners, or is there something in the nav options?

Thanks

With a tech 2 you can program them. They are easy to set up. Also in tis, you can select different tire RPOs so you can target one closer to your new set so they will be the right tire loading and pressures ect....

Thanks Greg!

Looks like they are going for around 30-50 bucks on ebay.

Pardon my ignorance but what is TIS? Can EFILive do it? Guess I will have to make a trip to the dealership if it won't.

Searching on the part number Greg provided I see two different looking sensors. Does anyone know what they look like?
