View Full Version : Dealer guys, Warranty changes?

I just looked that the Cadillac website (http://www.cadillac.com/cadillacjsp/footer/contact_us.jsp?tab=faq) and I beleive the information regarding the bumper to bumper term and mileage length is incorrect for Cadillac in the FAQ in response to "How is the bumper-to-bumper warranty affected by this 100,000-mile/5-year warranty?".

It says: "The bumper-to-bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty on new Cadillac cars and light-duty trucks remains in effect for three years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first)."

As well as other areas of the FAQ which state 3 year 36k miles.

I was pretty sure that the Cadillac has a 4 year, 50k mile bumper to bumper hasn't changed

Wow- that's a serious misprint.

The Cadillac warranty is still 4 years, 50,000 miles (Bumper to Bumper) and 5 year, 100,000 miles (Powertrain, roadside service and loaner car). I'm shooting an email to Cadillac HQ to let them know of the error on the site. Thanks for the heads-up.

Yeah I sent the site an e-mail as well.
Got to love lazy copy and paste skills.
