: New Starter, 30 Days later, trouble starting

I just had a new starter put on my 1990 Brougham (350) about 4 weeks or so ago and it has started fine up until two days ago when the temperature skyrocketed to 55 degrees, fogging up house windows, etc. When the temperature rose, all of a sudden I have trouble starting the car, as if the starter is dying.

I am not sure if condensation could be inside of the starter (as it is on the house windows) or on a starter contact, etc. Has anyone heard of something similar in the past?

It's unlikely that condensation is the problem. My first step would me to have the charging system tested and then have a technician check the wires going to and from the stater for high resistance or corrosion.
