I have a 94 eldo ETC, 132K, no mods runs great.

My horn is not loud. I believe I may have two horns Hi and Low but only hear horn from right side (located behind the battery against the outside finder well). Does the 94 eldo have two horns? If so where is the second one? I jacked up the car, removed all tar panels and can not locate the second horn. If there is only one horn (works fine) why is it so weak?

I just repaired the horns on my 95 STS yesterday. I probably is the same setup as me.
As per the service manual. You have 2 seperate horns: the F note horn is located on the inner of the front right fender panel, behind the battery. Battery removal is necessary to disconnect the horn. The A note horn is located in front of the radiator behind and just below the right headlight. It should be visible from the top of the engine compartment with the plastic shield pulled back.

Has for repairing them. The service manual says: test connector with test lamp (or multimeter) if there is voltage replace the horn, else check the fuse, same fuse for both horn, i think it is the headlight fuse. So if one horn work the fuse is good. If you have voltage and it does not work replace horn.

I have an intermitent problem with my F note horn, if i hit a bit it works good.

If you dont have a spare hand to press on the horn while you work on it just lower a window. Lock all you door. Check if the Security system is engaged. Then unlock manualy a door and open it. Security system will go off. An easy and ANNOYING way to have the horn work hehehe.

BTW did you know that there is an option with 4 seperate horns for some 95 caddy???
