4.6 STS

Hello all. I am not exactly new here (2yrs. +), but have not posted before now. I've found this site very helpful in the past when working on my son's 98 STS. Rather than post redundant questions I prefer to use the search feature and wade through. (The amount of resources and info here is quite impressive, BTW.) Tonight I attempted to send a PM to another member, a very knowledgeable Cadillac tech, to ask a couple of questions regarding a topic about a coolant crossover leak fix that he posted.
My PM abilities are denied, I suppose, because I have not posted here before, since my reg. date should not be an issue. And I am not a spammer.
Can anyone tell me how many posts I must establish for my PM abilitiy to be activated? I don't want to become a post-w**re just to build up some numbers. I have this thing apart and need some help with specific questions.
BTW, I have 32 years experience in the collision repair and restoration business. Since about 2001 I have around 1700 posts on Performance Years (Pontiac) Forums as "400 4spd." Most of those were posted in the Body and Paint section.
If I can help anyone here with a bodywork question, let me know.
Thanks, Steve
