New member from Canada here. Just wondering what kind of oil should I be using in my Catera for the winter and also what kind of antifreeze since I am running low. I don't have access to the manual. Answers will be appreciated.

Engine Oil should be 5W-30. That's what recommended for the engine itself in either hot climates or cold climates. Antifreeze: Doesn't really matter but i use DexCool myself. That should take care of you. Also, welcome to the Cadillac Forums!!

If it's purple it's good, if it green it's not as good.
