I'm redoing the interior on the 68 Convertible. I need to remove the wood panels and surrounding metal bezels on the door panels. The bezels are held on from the back by what I would call "upside down" speed nuts. There's nothing to put a socket on. Any idea how these come off?

I just used a set of needle nose plyers I believe.
