I have a problem with the transmission on my 83 cadillac it is taking to long to shift between gears, can any one help me?:bighead:

Torque converter maybe? Or the little solenoid on the side of it? Sorry, transmissions aren't exactly my specialty. But that sounds like what it could be. I'm sure somebody will come along soon who actually knows what they're talking about, lol.

I second that one. Sounds like the T.V cable needs to be adjusted.
