Welcome to the forums! :welcome:

Take care of that Northstar though; they can get you into quite a bit of trouble.

haha yea, ive heard of people having problems, and ibe had a few myself already.

the day after i bought it my dad left the light on so he jump started it, and probably set the charger to 200amp boost, and he fried the digital display in the dash, so now a car with 143k read 178k after i bought a used dash :(

starter went out on me once too, but thats not a big deal.

yep, still good ole fashioned anti-freeze, none of that orange junk! the antifreeze seems nice and green right now, but its a good thing to keep in mind, thanks for the tip! she seems to run right around 200* which i assume is normal for these cars as my truck and monte carlo run a bit warmer but there also older.

Welcome to the Forum! Glad to hear you are getting such enjoyment out of '94 STS. I have had my '95 for five years, my wife had her '93 for six years, both cars were very reliable with only minor component failure. The cost of owning them has far outwayed by the enjoyment they have given. My wife change to a 2002 SLS last year and while she likes the newer car, but both of us prefer the older model.

The forum will prove to be a great resource in keeping your "classic" Cadillac at the top of its' game!
