If you're up for a road trip,that looks like a good excuse.My 80 came from FLA and the chrome and rocker panels are wicked nice w/o the sandblasting of New England.Plus you don't have all that scaly crud hiding under the car.I figure the mechanical work is a big bunch easier than body work.It's so much nicer to work with a car that isn't all undermined by rust.
If it's 1000 miles and $700 to deliver it.......$.70 a mile....not really a bad price. You'd probably be further ahead to fly in and drive it home though.
What state is the car in (assuming it's in the states.....?)?
