I recently purchase an Escalade 2006, 2 wheel drive does any of you had problem last winter with the snow .

Welcome to the Forum. :) Depending on where you live and drive a two wheel drive Escalade will not do real well in the snow if you get a lot of snow or live in a hilly or mountain area of the country. If where you live is pretty flat and you get a little snow then with good traction tires you will be ok. :)

isnt that something you ask before you buy a vehicle?? I just bought an umbrella with holes in it, will it keep me dry in the rain?

Tires are the key factor in foul weather traction.

If you research the ratings on TireRack.com for solid all-season tires with particular good ratings in the snow, I reckon you will be fine in most encounters with snow.
