Doubt it, I havent seen anything on this part of the pond...

also for a 1000$ you can bolt on a NOS kit and have a lot more HP then this set of headers...
Or if you want some real benefits, go pick up some light weight wheels with a decent set of tires and you will feel greater difference then these...

I will be putting my car through a dyno to see how much power the mufflers added! and we will see if those were even worht the upgrades...

Okay, it was only a question, I have already spent around 20 G on this engine. This is all left of the factory part. Its a supercharged high performance engine

That would be cool if they wernt so expensive.. Thats about the cost of a high end set of headers for an ls1..

I would say try to make your own headers, have someone make you a flange on a water jet machine, and then bent pipes cut in sections can be used for a real nice set of headers...

Now how much power is your engine going to produce? Are you the guy that got the Steinmetz engine set up from the Michigan scrapper?

I think thats the way to do it.

I got the engine from schram auto, and he did not send me the transponder and key, so the engine would not start. I tear all the elektronic off and innstalled a new engine managment system by KMS. And among with many other parts:thumbsup:

It produces 537 brake hp in the dyno,,,

That's the engine from the Steinmetz Catera Concept Car. The only headers I know of come from France.

Part Number: KCE 153+TE 178

What else did you do to that motor to get over 500hp? Are you using meth? You must have changed the pullies.

537 hp????

I don't believe that the tiny Albrex SC which in kit form only produces 285 hp would flow nearly enough for 500+hp.

For less than half the price you could have done the V8 conversion.

that's interesting, do you have any pictures? is there a kit available for the twin screw charger? can you give us any other information on what steinmetz did to the motor, i can't seem to find any info other then them installing the Albrex.
even though i am installing the V8 i'm still interested in the possible potential of the V6. I have always been under the impression that it would have been a much better engine if gm didn't bog it down so much with torque management.

Can you post some pics of this engine as well as dyno graphs?

What did you do about the stock echaust manifolds since there is no way they would flow enough for 500hp + ??

Also what was the point of buying that engine in the first place it you replaced every Steinmetz part??? Seems like a big waste of money to me.

Until pictures of this engine are posted, the BS meter is off the scale.
