Hi,

Just bought a scan gauge II ( with xgauge).

Nice little product however I'm having issues getting info from the Enhanced data portion for GM vehicles (A/F ratio, Knock retard, etc etc). The scangauge recognized the car as a CANSF protocol which I assume is correct.

So question is, has anyone managed to obtain enhanced GM data from scanguage?? I'm getting blanks back from A/F, torque and knock retard having typed the appropriate TXD, RXF, RXD and MTH params.

Thanks.

Tonight... Promise, was off for an early birthday celebration. Alcohol trumps dynamat back seat action...

Alcohol usually precedes the back seat action :devilheh:

Don't have scan gauge, but I just got the Aeroforce intercepter gauge. I get knock retard but I'd need a wideband for A/F.

:yeah:

I've never heard of Scangauge but to get an accurate AFR you'd need a wideband. I'm sure it just used some calculations based on cylinder airmass and fuel pressure/flow rate and injector open time.
