I'm not a big fan of 20's but Wow those look good! Is your car lowered or is it stock?

no picture from the side? those pics are too close for me to fully see how the car looks as whole w/ the wheels.

but so far, those look great. (i, too, am not usually a 20's fan)

The rivets are a necessary evil of 3 piece rims, but I just cant stand the way they look

These particular rims look a LOT like CCWs to me

Here's a few shots from the side... the car isn't lowered but I was kinda rushed into buying the wheels. The car originally came from Michigan and the stock wheels started leaking around the beads from corrosion. I had to either buy a set or get these... so all things considered I think I made the right choice ;)

As for the Silver CTS-V... its actually a charger... yeah I work on Dodge's all day long at Arrington Engines. You may notice the big race trailer in the background of the last picture...

Otherwise looks very sharp.

Best looking wheels EVER... dispite the V crowd's aversion to 20" wheels. Interesting how all these guys are telling you what color YOUR rims should be. Looks great the way they are. Good choice. A non V member had them and was lowered here is that pic...

Those are very similar but not True Forged. Looks good though. I love it. And I agree black centered wheels are played out. Clean and classy is the new thing in my book.

Honestly i haven't went out and played with it just yet... I'm being a little more cautious as to potholes and such but I'm sure here shortly i'll be able to let you know just how it does ;) So far my best on stock goodyears is a 1.10 right hander as I was partially drifting through a curve about 80 mph (on a closed track of course)

Very nice!!! I know you are happier now that those factory chromes are gone and the baby is PERFECT. I think the lip is a must for a rear wheel drive car and the fronts are not as bad as I expected. Good luck avoiding curbs now!

The wheels look amazing, but they also look really heavy. any difference in ride quality?

Considering the stock wheel is 18x8.5 and 28lbs and the Speed six 20x8.5 weighs in at 26 I would say they are in fact light. Real light. The 20x10 weighs in at 29 so Yeah still very light. Thats why people spend money on light 3 piece forged wheels.

There are no "rivets" on those wheels, so I'm not sure what either of you is talking about.

looks great dude! i dig it! if you are running the right tire up front you should not have any issues with rubbing. my 20's are starting to grow on me

What do you call those 1500 bolts around the outer lip then?

Semantics. Ugly is what they are.

I really like the look. It does need to be lowered to avoid the 4x4 look and the rears do stick out a bit too much, but still killer...

Not really...I was clearing out old favorites in I.E. and remembered how much I liked these rims but on black.

Do you have any rubbing on the fenders or splash guards on the front? I just put on a set of 20x8.5's on the front with 255/35/20's and the body shop is telling me they don't want me to take the car like this because they feel it's going to slam into the fenders if I take a turn and hit a bump. Your clearance looks about the same as mine, real close, so any issues so far?

Those look great! I have a set of 24" wheels that look just like those on my Suburban!

This is the 1st time I've seen 20's on a V... I think the size looks good as the car doesn't look too big for the wheels. While walking up to my own car I thought the factory 18's looked a bit small for the car (& I'm not all about 20" wheels on cars). The ride height does need to be dropped a little IMO.

And since you asked... I'm not a fan of Chrome wheels... Aluminum always looks better IMO. 2 credits 1) for going for something besides stock & 2) for going larger.

Oh & I'm also against the suggestion of paint wheels black... Why not just have solid wheels at that point. Black wheels hide any detail of the wheel itself & defeats the purpose IMO. BUT to each his/her own, we need folks to vary it up otherwise all our cars would look the same.

He does not still have the car. It was stolen and totaled in the police chase. Insurance screwed him on the wheels.

Well, I wonder if the chase resulted in a 'tune-up' :punch: for the alledged perpetrator.
