That's about 10-15 miles from where I am though I used to work in Saginaw a few years back. Even to bulldoze that and sell the land would be $$$$ and you wouldn't be making a whole hell of a lot IF you could unload just the land. If there's any wiring or metal plumbing left, that would be the easiest money you could make on that place.
