I have a 2006 STS which I love. I can't believe a cadillac could be this noisy. It has to be the factory tires. What are the correct sizes for front and rear. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Interestingly, my last few cars (1997 Buick Park Avenue, 2000 Lincoln Cont, 2002 Lincoln Cont, 2004 Lincoln LS, and now this beautiful 2006 STS) all have had lousy, noisy factory tires. The last three cars were those nasty Michelins. I just have never understood why the factory builds such nice quiet cars and then puts such noisy tires on them. It makes no economic sense to get rid of them early, but when I change the tires, they will be rated as quiet. Meanwhile I listen to the concrete and asphalt as I go traveling on. Turning upth radio helps.

It's the Michelins. I couldn't get those lumpy noisy droning things off fast enough. Best $1000 I ever spent was putting a set of GoodYear F1 DS-G3!
