Hello!
I own a 1975 Cadillac Sedan Deville, and I do have some problems with the 30 years old electronics...
First, the Twilight Sentinel :
Turns the light on when dark, turns it off when light... that's good. But it actually never turns them off when I stop the car by night, unless I move the T/S knob around a bit! But sometimes it turns off like it should. Which means I can't trust it and I drained my batterie a couple of times already.
Any ideas?
Now for the Guidematic.
It was disconected when I got the car, so that means there was a problem before. When I connected it, it made the T/S box make some funny noises, so I turned the T/S Off, turned the lights on Manually, but it will stay on high beams, no matter what! Faullty photocell/ampliphier? Faulty Guidematic relay? How can I check?
thanks in advance for any help!
