I am looking at a '68 DeVille convertable that needs a new top. How hard is it to replace?

Does anyone have a recommendation as to where to purchase a new top? I did a quick search and found a couple places that had them in the $250-350 range.

Buy the kit. It includes everything : Top, Rear curtain (plastic or glass), Side cables and new pads. Also came with instructions.
I put one of these on my '67 a couple of years ago. It fit well, but was alot of work. I had installed a few tops before, so I was patient and it came out great.
