I was going to change my spark plugs for the first time on this car and I opened the hood, took off the big home plate looking thing and saw nothing. most cars that I have done before you can see wires, but not on this one. does anyone have a pic of where they are located or a diagram on how to change them. can someone point me in the right direction. it's a 94 FWB
thanx

The plug wires are coming from a different location than you are used to (up under the water pump from the optispark), but the plugs are in the exact same place as they have been on all small blocks since 1955. You can't see them easily because the manifolds are on top of the plugs (instead of the bottom like Gen 1 small blocks). Just reach under that manifold, and you will find the plugs.
Let me see if I can find a pic...
Here's an LT1 with the manifolds removed (these are $$ Trick Flow heads with angled plugs, but yours are in the same location):

And, here is where the wiring goes, and where the plugs are located:

"the big home plate looking thing" I love it!!
I did plugs a few months ago. I was able to get ALL plugs on the driver's side from the top using a combination of a spark plug socket on a ratchet or using a box wrench on the hex part of the socket. The pass side I think I did at least half of them from inside the wheel well, with that side jacked up. I did NOT remove any wheels.
