As soon as I got back from vacation last night, I started up my car for the first time in 3 weeks. It seemed to start up strong, which was good, but the power locks and the inside lights were both not working. Any idea what could be causing this problem? Everything had been working fine before I had left, so I don't know what could have changed with my car just sitting in the garage. Hope to hear your suggestions soon, Lee
both are controlled by the same fuse. so check fuses. usually blows the fuse with a piece of tin foil, dime etc in one of the lighter sockets or a spark caused by inserting or removing a cell phone charger.

All of the cigarette lighters are disconnected, so I doubt that's it. Hopefully it is just the fuse, cause that would make things very manageable.
Keep in mind a fuse does not blow on its own. So if it is, in fact, a fuse, why did it blow. By lighters disconnected, do you mean the hot wire to every socket is taped over and cannt short against metal?
